Science Engineering, Ltd. (SEL) was founded in 1996 by Yousef Rahmani, P.E., as a Texas Corporation specializing in Geotechnical, Environmental, and Materials Testing in Texas. Our mission is to provide quality engineering and technical services tailored to our clients’ needs reflecting the standard of our firm.
With expansive knowledge of the industry, SEL provides economical foundation and paving recommendations, in collaboration with Structural Engineers and Architects, to build a safer community.
